Cohortoom Update - Team research, Appointment notes, Localizations and many more actions!
In the last update we introduced many new features and and improvements including:
For each slot you can define "Note". You can use it to add any additional information about the appointment. It will be added to the email send to the patient. Additionaly, each research has a "Note template" which is used as a default "Note" for each slot.
Most of the time researchers does not work alone. We added possibility to add more researchers to the research. Each of them can have a different role: "Researcher" if they need only to view the data or "Administrator" to modify research or schedule appointments.
From now on each slot have an "Assigned researcher", who will be notified when the slot is booked or cancelled by the patient.
We added "Localizations" to the research. Each slot can be optionally assigned to a specific localization. It will be added to the email send to the patient.
Moreover, we added a calendar view, which allows to see all the slots for a given week at once. You can switch between the table and calendar view using the "View" button.
Last but not least, there are many new actions available. You can now: edit the research, edit each of the slots as well as cancel the slot if someone booked it. When the slot is modified or cancelled, we'll send an email to the patient informing about the change.
