Cohortoom Update - Team research, Appointment notes, Localizations and many more actions!

In the last update we introduced many new features and and improvements including:

Getting started with Cohortoom is simple.

  1. Register on our website.
  2. Wait for administrator approval (up to 24 hours).
  3. Log in and "Create new research".
  4. Set your appointment time and "Enter manually" preferred dates. If you have a lot of meetings to schedule, try the "Import CSV" option. You can download a CSV template and customize it.
  5. "Save" and it's ready!
  6. These are your current slots. You can check their status or delete them.
  7. "Copy survey link" to send it to your patients as an invitation.
  8. Your patient completes a short form and selects a convenient date (they have become BOOKED). If the email confirmation is successful, it's CONFIRMED.
  9. Congratulations, we have an appointment.
  10. You can enjoy your time now and relax. Both of you - scientist and patient.
